💥 What's New in Version 0.5?

• Additional story that extends into Day 3.

• Cleaned up some of the script/back-end stuff.

• Some slight adjustments on the sprites.

• Prepared the project for save file forward compatibility.

A comedic - and grounded - visual novel set before the turn of the new millennium, four people's lives will intertwine for the first time. This is a story about how they play off each other and some of the adventures that they will go on.

Naomi is your resident bookworm. Enjoys astronomy, tea, live theater, and she is currently following a book series that she loves. She is slow to open up at first. Maybe the other characters have it in them to change that?

April is a full on tryhard. She tries to excel at beating people in sports and games, but maybe she can be a bit too competitive. Avid about the latest comic books and technology, she'll chit-chat your ears off about all of those things.

Dakota is the heart and soul of the group. She isn't afraid to get her shoes muddy or speak what's on her mind, even if it embarrasses her pals. She's lived her entire life on a livestock farm and is passionate about animals.

Robyn is a bit of a mystery. The other characters don't know much about her. As the story unfolds, we will find out more about her backstory and why she is here. But, she has a cool visor!

Later builds will include more of the story, backgrounds, and sketches.

There will be proper/stylish icons for characters in the textbox.

Additional music and ambience will be added to create a more lively mood for different scenes.

Sprite updates are already in the works. There will be more facial expressions for the characters, as well as logos on some of their clothing.

I'm done most of the stills/sketches. Later builds will include new artwork.
